One of the most easiest way to run CMD on windows 7 without installing any software like DOS box
just goto your device manager by typing "DevMgmt.msc" into run select your display adapter and then select device and then disable your driver now you are able to run your CMD on fullscreen and also can run TC full screen
and after your work you can enable the device from the device manager
