Here is an easiest way ..
to record your screen without any Screen recording software
you can do it by VLC Media player

Just follow this instructions

Open VLC Media Player

Now press Ctrl + R then
Select Capture device tab now in capture mode select desktop

 

Now Press button
Select Destination file and save it anywhere you want with any name and .mp4 extension
Now it will start streaming.
Whenever you want to stop recording then press stop button to stop recording.
